    i am so sad today...
    Go for Taekwondo training...
    Sir says that I do pattern lyk a small girl... He says that my front kick not good. I am very nei jiu lorh.
    I suppose I didn't practise it hard enough lorh.
    Especially my front kick and my pattern.
